Automatic transmission cover Volkswagen Golf
The project involved recreating a damaged automatic transmission cover for a Volkswagen Golf. The client provided the original component, which was no longer suitable for further use. The objective was to accurately reproduce the part’s geometry, prepare full manufacturing documentation, and produce a short pilot series of new CNC-milled components. The project was completed through a comprehensive process: from 3D scanning, through CAD and CAM design, to the production of finished parts. This collaboration enabled the client to quickly replace an unavailable OEM component.
Fuel filler cap – Polaris quad
The project involved launching a small production series of aluminum fuel filler caps for Polaris quads. The objective was to reproduce the fuel tank thread, design a new cap with enhanced aesthetic qualities, and develop the complete manufacturing process. The scope of work included thread scanning, CAD design, and industrial design development, followed by preparation of the manufacturing process, finishing operations, and product personalization through logo engraving.
