Technology consultation
A process in which we gather all necessary information and develop the project concept including sketches and simple solid models. We verify functionality, prepare initial project cost estimates, a preliminary BOM, search for off-the-shelf components, select electronic components, define the operating logic, and adapt the manufacturing technology. This is the stage where we work closely together, summarize the results, and resolve issues. At the end of this phase, we have a defined concept and the overall look of the project.

Detailed design
We carry out the work in accordance with the agreed concept using 3D CAD software. We focus on both the technological aspects and the design of the solution. We select materials and perform the necessary analyses. We develop the electronics design and test individual functionalities while working in parallel on the software responsible for the product’s operation. We prepare manufacturing documentation according to your standards, and if you do not have any, we will create them for you.

Prototype development
We build a physical product with all required functionalities, manufacturing components in-house and in cooperation with trusted partners. We verify production quality, introduce design improvements, and carry out assembly. We program the electronics and test their operation. We perform a full set of functional and safety tests. The product can then be presented, and together we verify all assumptions.

Product deployment
We prepare the product for real market deployment and production scaling. We optimize the mechanical design, electronics, and software for mass manufacturing, cost efficiency, repeatability, and component availability. We support the product certification process by preparing technical documentation and coordinating tests with external laboratories. We supervise pilot or small-batch production, control manufacturing quality, and support product assembly and commissioning. After deployment, we provide technical support, implement improvements based on product usage, and assist with further development and scaling of the solution.
