Fuel filler cap – Polaris quad

The project involved launching a small production series of aluminum fuel filler caps for Polaris quads. The objective was to reproduce the fuel tank thread, design a new cap with enhanced aesthetic qualities, and develop the complete manufacturing process. The scope of work included thread scanning, CAD design, and industrial design development, followed by preparation of the manufacturing process, finishing operations, and product personalization through logo engraving.
